Posted by Next in the line of DC Comics based TV shows is a live-action adaptation of Teen Titans. Set to come out later this year, the new TITANS series is going in a much darker direction that the much maligned Teen Titans Go. Will such a change breathe new life into the characters or go too far in the opposite direction? See for yourself.
Breakdown
Hoo boy. There’s a lot to take in here. They have certainly taken several of the characters in very different directions that I can’t say I like. The code of no killing seems to have gone out the window and the effects people took Starfire’s name a bit too literally. I don’t want to be too negative yet, as the show has yet to premiere, but I’m not keeping my hopes up. What do the fans think?

Everyone keeps making fun of the new #TITANS trailer, but I think it is really cool that they are working to combine every single fan fiction written by depressed teenagers in 2008 into one show.
