We asked the Temple of Geek staff to tell us their favorite movie this Summer…
Josie Price… My favorite movie of the summer has to be Guardians of the Galaxy 2. I think it has some of the best character development I’ve seen in the current Marvel cinematic universe. I really appreciated the growth we saw in characters, especially Yondu. The Guardians of the Galaxy’s appearance in The Avengers is now the thing I’m most looking forward to in Marvel.
Brian Lazarow… I’d have to say Spider-man: Homecoming. Tom Holland is the best Spider-man ever and the movie was tons of fun while capturing the core Spider-man themes and building upon them.
Danniel Slade… Spider-Man: Homecoming was my favorite movie this summer. This has been my favorite portrayal of the character on screen to date!
