Disney dropped its third Frozen II trailer, and we finally get some more insight into the plot of the film. We finally see Anna and Elsa with their parents, and we get a sneak peek into why exactly Elsa was climbing an ice wall in the waves.
We get to see Anna and Elsa as kids with their parents. In the first movie, we didn’t get to see them all together in such a loving and happy setting. The loss of their parents in the first movie was such a tragedy. This flashback is definitely going to be emotional in its full context. I am hoping it’s much more than the short snippet we got here. When the King is telling his daughters of the Enchanted Forest, I couldn’t tell if we are seeing the forest as it was in the past or what it will be when Elsa and the rest of the team arrive. The people of this Enchanted Forest are clearly trapped. Perhaps they are stuck in time as well?
Just like in the first two trailers, we see Elsa climbing this wall of waves. She is trying to use her powers to conquer it. First, we see her fail as she plummets into the sea. Second, we see her come face to face in the sea with a seemingly powerful horse. This horse looks like it is made of the same ice magic Elsa uses. Finally, in this new trailer, it looks as though she has conquered the waves. She ultimately lassos this mysterious, icy horse. I am curious to know what this symbolizes.
Will we finally get to see where and how Elsa got her powers? Will Elsa succumb to her magic? I have so many questions!

Getting some major Avatar Airbender vibes from #Frozen2, but that's not a bad thing. If the trailer's anything to go by, then Disney are diving headfirst into the kind of fantasy epics that only animation can really do justice. Just look how stunning these shots are 👀❄️ pic.twitter.com/MCAhXheq3c
