Wizards Beyond Waverly Place Trailer and Where to Watch

Today Disney unveiled the official trailer and where-to-watch details for the highly anticipated “Wizards Beyond Waverly Place,” offering a tantalizing preview of the magic, mischief, and endearing characters portrayed by David Henrie, Janice LeAnn Brown, and executive producer and guest star Selena Gomez.

The series picks up with an adult Justin Russo, who has embraced a normal, mortal life alongside his family. However, his quiet existence is disrupted when his sister Alex unexpectedly arrives with Billie, a young wizard in need of guidance. Now, Justin must dust off his dormant magical abilities to mentor Billie, all while navigating the complexities of his everyday life and safeguarding the Wizard World.

Starring alongside David Henrie and Janice LeAnn Brown are Alkaio Thiele, Max Matenko, Taylor Cora, and Mimi Gianopulos. Selena Gomez makes a special guest appearance in the first episode. Jed Elinoff and Scott Thomas take on the roles of writers and executive producers, joined by Gary Marsh, Jonas Agin, Gomez, and Henrie. Andy Fickman directed and executive-produced the pilot and will continue to helm multiple episodes. The original “Wizards of Waverly Place” was the brainchild of Todd Greenwald.

Where to Watch

A continuation of the Emmy® Award-winning “Wizards of Waverly Place,” premieres with a double dose of magic on Tuesday, Oct. 29, at 8:00 p.m. EDT on Disney Channel. Furthermore, fans can watch the first nine episodes on Disney+ and Disney Channel On Demand starting the very next day.
