Additionally, X-men favorites Spiral and Dazzler enter the fray on November 14th and December 9th, respectively. These two join the impressive roster of almost 300 other unique playable characters from around the wider Marvel Universe. Finally, be on the lookout for new side quests “Sparkle and Shine” and “Chrono-versary” alongside them.

Originally released December 10, 2014 for iOS and Android mobile devices, Marvel Contest of Champions is a free-to-play fighting game loosely based around the limited comic book event of the same name. An arcade version was released in 2019, exclusively playable at Dave & Buster’s restaurants.
Contest of Champions typically has a presence at most big conventions throughout the year, like San Diego Comic-Con and New York Comic-Con, offering new potential players the opportunity to get their hands on the game before diving in head first.
