Sassy Chap Games’ debut title, Date Everything!, is now set to launch in June 2025. After months of hard work, lead designer Ray Chase confirmed that the team has achieved their creative vision without compromise, stating, “We reached that point where the game is complete to a standard that we feel reached our goals with no compromise in our bonkers artistic vision.”

In Date Everything!, players take on the role of an unlucky protagonist whose BFA in customer service is rendered useless after losing their job to AI. Just when all hope seems lost, a mysterious stranger gifts them a pair of enchanted glasses called “deviators.” These glasses bring their household objects to life as potential romantic partners. From flirty furniture to charming kitchen appliances, each object has its own personality and backstory. More importantly, they also hold the potential to become a lover, friend, or even foe.
The same trio behind L.A.V.A founded the studio. Anime and gaming fans are sure to recognize the voices behind the project. Ray Chase (Jujutsu Kaisen, Final Fantasy), Robbie Daymond (Jujutsu Kaisen, Persona 5), and Max Mittelman (One-Punch Man, Persona 5, Final Fantasy VII Remake) all lend their talents to the game.
A truly unconventional dating sim, Date Everything! offers players the chance to romance over 100 fully voiced characters, each with branching narratives packed with humor and puns. With three unique endings per character, players can explore a variety of quirky love stories. Whether wooing a lamp or falling for a toaster. The game’s trailer sets the tone with its catchy theme song, “Everything Leads to Love.” This perfectly captures the absurd yet heartfelt experience that awaits when the game officially launches.
