Comic Con Revolution 2021 is back at the Ontario Convention Center

Comic Con Revolution 2021 is happening at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, California. This is the fourth annual event, and it will be held on December 18th and 19th. Here are some important things you should know to have a great experience this year.

Comic Con Revolution is a comic convention dedicated to celebrating comics and the arts. From game creators to writers, from toy designers to film and television artists, attendees can celebrate them together. Attendees can expect a full exhibit hall with over 300 exhibitors including comic creators (over 160 creators in Artist Alley), new and vintage comic dealers, comic book publishers, toy and collectibles vendors, crafts, costumes, clothing, cosplayers, fan groups, media stars, and more.

Temple of Geek’s web series Portrait of a Fangirl will be hosting their own panel this year! Check out the time, date, and location of the panel: “Portrait of a Fangirl” panel is coming to Comic Con Revolution

There will also be a Loki Variant cosplay meet-up hosted by Temple of Geek.

Celebrity guests at Comic Con Revolution this year include, but are not limited to:

  • Dean Cain (Lois and Clark, Supergirl, Smallville).
  • Sandy King Carpenter (Ghosts of Mars, They Live, In the Mouth of Madness).
  • Ming Chen (AMC’s Comic Book Men, Host of CCR’s Cosplay Revolution Costume Contest).
  • Jackie Dallas (Stranger Things, Criminal Minds).
  • Tommy Walker (Marvel’s Daredevil on Netflix, Nickelodeon’s Henry Danger).

Voice actor guests this year include, but are not limited to:

  • Corina Boettger (Paimon from Genshin Impact, Mizuki from AI: The Somnium Files).
  • Jack De Sena (Sokka from Avatar: The Last Airbender).
  • Jessie Flower (Toph from Avatar: The Last Airbender).
  • Susan Eisenberg (voice of Wonder Woman).
  • George Newbern (Voice of Superman & Sephiroth).
  • Cristina Vee Valenzuela (Voice of Ladybug, Sailor Mars & Darkness)

Be prepared!

With conventions in full swing, it is important to attend as prepared as possible. COVID restrictions can vary from city to city in the state of California, so be up to date with the current information. Comic Con Revolution suggests checking on the Ontario Convention Center’s COVID response.

Make sure you bring hand sanitizer with you, try not to touch your face, and wear a face covering. Also, bring a refillable water bottle. This way, you stay hydrated!

Things cosplayers should consider as conventions open up again

Some more items you should bring with you include:

  • snacks
  • extra masks
  • phone charger
  • headache medicine of your choice (Tylenol, Advil, etc.)
