After the finale of “DAN DA DAN,” fans have confirmation of a second season! Season 2 of the incredibly popular, genre-defying “DAN DA DAN” is coming to Crunchyroll in July of 2025.

“DAN DA DAN” season 2 is set to launch into a new chapter following the shocking cliffhanger that capped off the first season. The newest visual that comes with the announcement captures a sense of tension and unease. The ominous presence of Evil Eye is fixated on Jiji in the center commands attention with its unsettling gaze.
The deep purple hues that fill the background heighten the anticipation of the intense and merciless battles that await Momo, Okarun, Jiji, and Turbo Granny. Adding to the intrigue, the artwork features portraits of renowned classical composers and a small kaiju. Furthermore, this is hinting at the bizarre and unpredictable adventures still to come in the series.
About the Series
“DAN DA DAN” is an anime based on a manga of the same name created by Yukinobu Tatsu. The story follows high schoolers Momo and Okarun and their adventures with the occult. At first, Momo does not believe in aliens. Okarun does not believe in ghosts. However, each come into contact with what they thought wasn’t true, causing powers to awake in the both of them. This action-packed love letter to the horror genre is also a rom-com that does wonders in creating a solid foundation of friendship between the two main characters before moving forward with romance.
