In celebration of today’s Blu-ray release of “Frozen 2,” a special ‘Frozen 2’ inspired window created by LA’s FIDM: Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising was unveiled at the Disney Store in Westfield Century City Mall in Los Angeles, CA.
The Disney Store Window displays luxury streetwear based on the four elemental spirits of nature (Earth, Wind, Water & Fire) – and an elegant, avant-garde Elsa-inspired gown. FIDM graduate/designers Paul Hernandez and Tomy Huang created the Earth, Wind, Water & Wind looks based on the elements while Nick Verreos together with his FIDM co-chair of Fashion design David Paul created the Elsa-inspired gown.
FIDM’s engaging learning environment and rigorous programs of study develop graduates who become leaders in the industries of global design and business. Under the guidance of faculty who are industry professionals, students learn to strategically integrate design thinking with technology, producing work that is grounded in critical and creative thought. Graduates embrace cultural diversity and ethical choice while advancing the well-being of their communities.
The magical Frozen 2 inspired window will be on display at the Disney Store at Westfield Century City from Tuesday, February 25 through Sunday, March 1.
