Dragon Ball FighterZ Review

Dragon Ball FighterZ is fighting game made by Arc System Works and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, based on the Dragon Ball franchise.

The Gameplay I love it reminds me of the Marvel vs Capcom fighting series so each player select three characters from a 24 character roster to make a team. One character is controlled, and can be switched with one of the other characters at any time. Players can call one of their other characters to perform an “Assist” move, allowing the players breakup combo chain and help setup long combos chain. To win the game you have to defeated all three characters in the opponent’s team.

The game graphics and animation are absolutely stunning. Each character designs are gorgeous, every animation doing the signature special moves each character does look flawless. And cutscenes look absolutely amazing then anime.

The game also includes features which I love is called “Come on Shenron!”, that allows players to gather the Dragon Balls one by one as the fight continues by special moves and combos. Once all seven are all together by a player, Shenron appears to grant a wish, and allows players to choose one among the following wishes like increasing their fighter’s strength, revive a fallen fighter, recover a fighter’s health, and increase resistance to damage.

So if your a Dragon Ball Z fan or a fan of fighting games I highly you recommend picking it up you will have the time of your life beating up your friends and other players on online. The game is out now for PS4, XboxOne and PC
