What is Day of the Devs?

Day of the Devs, established in 2012, is a nonprofit organization focused on bringing care and attention to smaller development teams, and to give back to the community at large. A collaboration between Double Fine Productions and iam8bit, their mission is “to celebrate the creativity, diversity and magic of video games, give a voice to emerging or underrepresented talent, and to connect players with developers, and their games.”

Day of the Devs is a free platform for developers to show off their work, and as a nonprofit is reliant on sponsors, donations, and community support.

Which of these incredible indies are on your radar? Personally, Karma: The Dark World, UFO50, and Arranger are must-plays for me. Let us know on our socials, and make sure you stay with Temple of Geek for all of the week’s biggest announcements.
