HIDIVE’s Anime Expo 2023 Announcements: New Rom-Com, Returning Favorites, and More

Anime streaming service HIDIVE announced a number of new acquisitions and upcoming English DUBCAST editions at its Anime Expo Industry Panel.

HIDIVE’s Anime Expo 2023 Announcements:

The company’s panel hosts revealed that the eagerly awaited new rom-com The Dreaming Boy is a Realist will be joining HIDIVE’s new Summer Simulcast Season. They also stated that the spy thriller series Spy Classroom and the rom-com series The Dangers in My Heart will both be back with second seasons.

It was announced that The Dangers in My Heart Season 1 and KAIJI: Ultimate Survivor Third Arc will be released this summer with English dubs. Along with those titles The Eminence in Shadow 2nd Season will be available in both sub and dub when it premieres in October. HIDIVE also premiered an exclusive clip of the all-new English dub of Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!

  • Level 1 Demon Lord and One Room Hero will premiere on July 3, 2023.
  • The Dreaming Boy is a Realist will premiere on July 3, 2023.
  • OSHI NO KO will return for a second season in the summer of 2023.
  • Spy Classroom will return for a second season in the winter of 2023.
  • The Dangers in My Heart Season 1 will be released with an English dub in the summer of 2023.
  • KAIJI: Ultimate Survivor Third Arc will be released with an English dub in the summer of 2023.
  • The Eminence in Shadow 2nd Season will be released with an English dub in the fall of 2023.
  • Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! will be released with an English dub on Blu-ray on July 25, 2023.
