Welcome to the Temple of Geek Podcast! The Temple of Geek podcast is a place where geekdom and fandom are celebrated and discussed. This week we talk with Dan Hadley of Type 40: A Doctor Who Podcast. Dan joins our host, Monica, to talk to us about his podcast and to discuss the series twelve return of Doctor Who.

The Type 40 Podcast is part of the Fandom Podcast Network. Their Podcast network contains shows dealing with Pop Culture covering a variety of likes, ideas, and interests. Dan who has grown up as a Doctor Who enthusiast, also known as Whovians, tells us all about how his podcast came to be, what it is about and much more.

One of the amazing things about the Type 40 Podcast is not only the variety of Doctor Who that it covers (the television show, books, audio series, etc…) but also the welcoming way and open-minded way in which they discuss the Doctor Who fandom. In any long-running fandom, you will find fans who may not always see eye to eye. Temple of Geek Host, Monica, was recently invited to come on as a guest on TYPE 40: A Doctor Who Podcast Episode 34 It was clear from the first meeting that Dan was kind and willing to discuss Doctor Who with fans who do not always share his viewpoint.
