Okay Critters, get ready for the second season of The Legend of Vox Machina! We spoke to the cast about the second season, the original campaign, and what advice they had for their characters.
Interview with the cast of “The Legend of Vox Machina” Season 2
The Legend of Vox Machina‘s Marisha Ray (Keyleth of the Air Ashari), Liam O’Brien (Vax’ildan Vessar, Vorgal), and Sam Riegel (Scanlan Shorthalt) tell us about the upcoming season, what to look forward to, their hopes and so much more.
“The Legend of Vox Machina” Season 2
The second season of The Legend of Vox Machina is a wild ride! Picking up directly where season one ended, we come face to face with four ancient chromatic dragons; Thordak (the Cinder King) the red dragon and head of the Chroma Conclave, Raishan (the Diseased Deceiver) the green dragon, Vorgual (the Frigid Doom) the white dragon and Umbarsyl (the Hope Devourer) the black dragon, attacking the city of Emon.
Notoriously greedy and vain creatures, dragons very rarely work together and their alliance could mean the end of civilization as we know it. Our heroes desperately scramble to escape with their lives, fleeing to regroup and fight another day.
Season two takes us all across the world of Tal’Dorei as Vox Machina goes in search of allies and artifacts to (hopefully) take down the dragons. It’s no easy feat, and given their new titles of ‘Protectors of the Realm’ Vox Machina is certainly feeling the weight of that responsibility. Some members, more than others.
If you’re a fan of the original campaign, there are some Easter eggs for you too, and maybe a nod to future campaigns as well. There’s something for everyone as the series starts to reveal more lore about the world.
The first three episodes of The Legend of Vox Machina season 2 will premiere on Friday, January 20th on Prime Video! All other episodes will drop every Friday in three-episode batches!
