On July 19th the Her Universe Fashion Show 2018 celebrated its 5th year at San Diego Comic Con. The Fashion Show which brings the glamour and couture aesthetics of New York Fashion Week to San Diego Comic Con had a very special guest grace it’s runaway! Jodie Whittaker was recently cast as the new Doctor in the British Sci-fi series, Doctor Who. Whittaker made her Comic Con and Hall H debut on Thursday and that evening surprised attendees at the Her Universe Fashion Show by walking the runway as a model in the new Her Universe 13th Doctor Coat! The coat is on sale during the convention at the Her Universe Booth and will be available at Hot Topic Stores in the fall. Host, actress, author of “It’s Your Universe” and Her Universe Founder, Ashley Eckstein welcomed Whittaker to the stage in true fan girl style! The first female Time Lord hit the runway with her face hidden from the crowd and as she removed her hood the crowd exploded into cheers! She even had a sonic screwdriver in hand!
