Kayleigh McKee on Creativity, Industry, and Personal Growth
Being a fangirl looks different to each person. In this episode, Kayleigh discussed her early formative memories of fandom and how they shaped her as a person:
When I was five or six, [my dad] showed me Trigun and Cowboy Bebop. I would say the first things that I full on fangirled about would’ve been Pokémon, Digimon, Trigun and Full Metal Alchemist.
Those were my first fandoms, and where I realized ‘oh my god, I love these. I want to share and talk about it with people.’
