What Happens Now?

After a long awaited arrival, The Dread Queen Persephone is finally here. After ten years of separation, the couple is finally back together and exhausted after Kronos’ jailbreak.

Spa Day With The Gods

Hades and Persephone awake snuggled in bed together, but their peace is quickly interrupted. The two other queens/Hades’ sisters-in-law, Hera and Amphitrite, waste no time in whisking Persephone away for a pampering session fit for the newest royal. The ladies are also joined by Aphrodite because what would a spa day with the Greek goddesses be without the goddess of love herself?

While the queens keep Persephone busy, Poseidon, Eros, and Hecate do the same with Hades. But both Hades and Persephone voice concerns to their friends amidst it all. What if things changed during the last decade? Will their feelings be too complicated to navigate? What does it mean for the couple now that Persephone is the queen and Hades is the king?

Green Never Looked So Good

Most pressing to Persephone is the matter of her damaged hands. After the two are primped and preened by their respective entourages, Persephone takes Hades aside and shows him her hands. The once pink hands are now stained green by Persephone’s attempts to imitate her mother’s nature powers.

None of that matters to Hades, who reassures his beloved queen with an embrace. But it’s a short-lived one as Zeus appears, bringing with him a shadow of fear over the happy reunion.
