The iconic world of Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender is next up to get the Magic: The Gathering treatment. Releasing November 21, the 233 card main set features the beloved characters, creatures, and locales we’ve come to know and love from the legendary animated show. Preorders are available now, and there are a ton of sealed product options for you to start your collection. Aside from regular play boosters, there are collector boosters, bundles, Scene Boxes, and (in lieu of Commander decks), the return of Jumpstart. Let’s have a look at some new cards.
Play Boosters
The bread and butter of any MTG set is the play booster. These are 15-card packs and contain the main set cards. Here are some of the sweet A:TLA cards coming out that you can open in play boosters:

Collector Boosters
Collector boosters feature cards from play boosters, but also include premium and alternate art versions of many cards in the set. In A:TLA, on offer are Borderless Battle Pose cards, full art Appa basic Lands, Borderless Field Note Art Treatment cards, Borderless Elemental Frame cards, and so much more. Many of these come in premium foil versions. Here are some examples of these shiny new pieces of cardboard:

Jumpstart Is Back
Jumpstart is Magic’s beginner product line, offering new fans a way to learn the game step-by-step. But they also include exclusive cards not present in the in the main set. The design team decided on bringing Jumpstart back instead of designing bespoke Commander decks like previous sets. With the popularity of the Avatar universe, they wanted new players to find an easier route into learning Magic, instead of jumping into a deeply-intricate 100-card format. This supplemental set also includes reprints of cards like Fiery Confluence and Descendant’s Path. Take a look at some of the Jumpstart cards:

Commander Bundle
While A:TLA isn’t getting it’s own collection of Commander decks, you can get the Commander Bundle. This is a kit containing nine Avatar play booster, one collector booster, and five promo cards. Three of these promos are always the same; the Commander staples Sol Ring, Swiftfoot Boots, and Arcane Signet. The other two are random other promo cards. Here are the alternate staples:

Secret Lairs
Secret Lair drops are limited-time printings of premium foil cards with alternate art. While this drop won’t be the only A:TLA Secret Lair, it’ll likely be a fan favorite. Check out the cabbage man:

Magic: The Gathering Arena
One of Magic’s online clients is getting exclusive Avatar: The Last Airbender content as well. You’ll be able to purchase voice lines, pets, avatars (no pun intended), and more. Below are some of the sleeves you can get on Arena:
