Red Carpet Interviews from the 1st Annual BoxLunch Holiday Gala

On Weds, Nov 9th, 2022, the first-ever BoxLunch Holiday Gala honored Feeding America and took place at City Market Social House in Los Angeles. It celebrated 150 million meals donated by BoxLunch to Feeding America since 2015.

BoxLunch Giving Ambassador, Simu Liu, presented Casey Marsh – the Chief Development Officer for Feeding America – with a check for $100,000 from BoxLunch. Liu surprised everyone in the audience and Feeding America by revealing that he was so moved by the evening’s festivities, he had decided to double the donation and give $100,000 of his own money to Feeding America.

Red Carpet Interviews from the 1st Annual BoxLunch Holiday Gala

The star-studded Gala featured a performance by Aladdin on Broadway star Michael James Scott, who was also on the Red Carpet speaking with journalists about the amazing work that BoxLunch does in support of Feeding America. Scott was among many celebrities and influencers who were excited to share their passion and support for the Feeding America program.

The star-studded gala was also attended by Marvel Alumni Emma Caulfield Ford (WandaVision, Agatha: Coven of Chaos ), Anjali Bhimani (Ms. Marvel), Carrie Bernans (Black Panther, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever) and many more.
