Set Sail with “One Piece” LEGO Sets! Coming Soon!

It’s time to set sail with the Straw Hat Crew in a new and fun way. LEGO is collaborating with the live-action “One Piece” series! The official One Piece Netflix social media accounts posted a teaser of a LEGO straw hat and a rubber arm, revealing that this is “coming soon.” Also, Eiichiro Oda, the creator of “One Piece,” shared his excitement over the collaboration.

Live Action “One Piece” LEGO

The LEGO Group, Netflix, and Tomorrow Studios are teaming up with One Piece to bring fans all-new building sets. While there is no release date at this time, One Piece fans can expect stunning creations that will capture the spirit of the Straw Hats and their adventures.

Eiichiro Oda, the mangaka behind the series, says that this is a dream come true for him:

LEGO sets are comiiiiing! Even now, I have dozens of LEGO boxes piled up at my workplace that I haven’t even had time to dig into. There’s no cooler toy out there!! For 25 years since the anime started, I have been asking for a LEGO toy, and finally my dream is fulfilled with a live-action collection! Thank you, to the LEGO group!

This is a truly special collaboration. For the first time, LEGO play and the exciting world of anime meet. Fans of LEGO building and “One Piece” can prepare to embark on an adventure through the East Blue. Experience iconic moments and scenes from the hit live-action adaptation in a new way, ahead of the epic return of the second season of the live-action.

About the Series

“One Piece” is a Shounen Jump manga created by Eiichiro Oda that began in 1997. The manga still updates weekly. The story follows Monkey D. Luffy and his dream to become King of the Pirates. He takes on a crew of his own, dubbing them the Straw Hat Pirates, as they sail the seas in search of the legendary treasure that once belonged to the infamous Pirate Gol D. Roger called the “One Piece.”

The anime, which has over 1,000 episodes, is currently streaming on Crunchyroll. It is on hiatus until April of this year. The second season of the live-action series on Netflix is coming soon. Stream season one now to prepare!
