Simu Liu, star of Marvel’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, made his Los Angeles Comic Con debut on Saturday, Dec. 3rd when he joined fans on the Main Stage to answer questions from the audience and talk about what it was like to be part of Marvel Universe.
Los Angeles Comic Con, which took place Dec. 2nd – 4th, is one of L.A.’s largest events for comics, gaming, sci-fi, and pop culture. It welcomed 126,600 attendees and featured a fan-favorite list of celebrity talent and 850+ vendors and artists that spanned 1.2 million square feet of immersive exhibition space at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Simu Liu, star of Marvel’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, made his Los Angeles Comic Con debut on Saturday, Dec. 3rd when he joined Hector Navarro and fand on the Main Stage.
Liu, who also starred in Kim’s Convenience, had the chance to connect with fans directly in his autograph and photo op session as well.
Los Angeles Comic Con has some of the most diverse lineups of activations, panels, and star speakers in the organization’s rich 11-year history, This year’s final attendance of 126,600 guests represents a 33% increase from 2021 (impacted by mandated COVID-19 regulations and restrictions) and a 2.6% increase from 2019’s pre-pandemic record. Additionally, together with Tiltify, the presenting sponsor of the Main Stage, LA Comic Con helped raise money and awareness for the World Central Kitchen, a nonprofit organization that’s the first to provide chef-prepared fresh meals at the frontlines in response to community crises.
