Sterling K. Brown attends IFC Films’ “Biosphere” L.A. Premiere

Filmmaker Mel Eslyn along with actors Mark Duplass and Sterling KBrown were in attendance for the Los Angeles premiere of the sci-fi drama film “Biosphere” which took place on Tuesday, June 27 at the Vidiots Foundation – Eagle Theatre in Los Angeles.

“Biosphere”

The film stars Mark Duplass and Sterling KBrown  as two lifelong best friends who are the last two men on earth. The film’s director, Mel Eslyn, was in attendance, along with other notable guests.

The film’s plot follows Billy and Ray as they attempt to survive in a domed structure that Ray designed. The structure is equipped with all the necessary systems to sustain life, but the fishpond that provides essential protein has begun to die off. With only three fish remaining, Billy and Ray face an uncertain future.

Interview with Sterling K. Brown at the “Biosphere” Los Angeles premiere

Christopher Diamond speaks briefly with Sterling KBrown about his enthusiasm for the film, behind the scene fun, and what types of projects he hopes to work on in the future. He even took a moment to acknowledge the writer’s strike.

“It feels great. I mean, like, you know, we’re in a bit of a lull right now in the industry with the strike going on. I’m hoping that sooner rather than later, production will be able to go back so that folks can get back to work. But to be able to share this film with friends, I got a little bit of family here as well. Folks who are in the industry.  – Sterling K. Brown
