If you’re looking for Taylor Swift-themed wedding Ideas here are some of what we used for our wedding.
Taylor Swift-Themed Exchanging Friendship Bracelets at the Ceremony
During our wedding ceremony, we exchanged friendship bracelets as well as rings. Our officiant, Evan Lovett of L.A. In A Minute, wrote a lovely ceremony in which he talked about the importance of friendship as the foundation of any marriage.
Taylor Swift’s Song Lyrics on the Table Number
Our table numbers were made to match our wedding invitations, which we got through Zazzle. We used Canva to edit the design into table numbers, adding a Taylor Swift lyric or Doctor Who quote for each table.
The Taylor Swift quotes we used included:
-
-
- “I was enchanted to meet you”
- “I like shiny things but I’d marry you with paper rings”
- “All’s well that ends well to end up with you”
- “At every table, I’ll save you a seat”
- “This night is sparkling, don’t you let it go”
- “I see sparks fly whenever you smile”
- “You are the best thing that’s ever been mine”
- “All along there was some invisible string tying you to me”
- “Say you’ll remember me standing in a nice dress staring at the sunset, babe”
- “Can we always be this close, forever and ever”
- This love is ours”
- “So it’s gonna be forever”

Eras Tour Film Popcorn Buckets and Souvenir Cups as Decor
We used the exclusive souvenir cups from Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour Film from AMC Theater as a holder for the photobooth photo props.
Lover Era Inspired Heart Shaped Glasses as Wedding Favors
The Souvenir Popcorn Tin we used to hold the Lover-inspired pink and blue heart-shaped glasses that we had out as favors. The glasses are a small nod to the heart-shaped design around Taylor’s eye on the “Lover” Album Cover.
The exclusive popcorn Tins from Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour Film from AMC Theater were used as holders for the wedding favors.
We set these out next to the escort cards in the venue lobby. The sign for wedding favors read “In Our Lover Era. Please take one. Thank you from the Bride and Groom”
Taylor Swift-inspired Photo Booth Props
These Taylor Swift-themed photobooth props from Amazon, were a hit with guests and such a fun time. However, we also found that Etsy has a great collection of Taylor-themed photo props. The Amazon set came with way more props than we needed. So we only used the ones that we thought made sense as a celebration of love and fun.
We also tossed in generic wedding photo booth props we found on Amazon.
- Wedding dress, hair, and makeup inspired by Taylor Swift
The wedding dress, hair, and makeup were inspired by Taylor Swift and Dita Von Teese’s burlesque look in Taylor Swift’s “Bejewled” music video.
I went with a gown that had so much beading and was so shiny and bejeweled, I have no doubt Taylor would approve. The bejeweled-inspired Kia Gown came from Lorien Bridal in Glendale. The Geekiest Bridal Boutique you’ll ever find! Lorien Bridal has different fandom-inspired fitting rooms (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Disney) that I fell in love with. I tried on wedding dresses in a Lord of The Rings-inspired fitting room.
“Bejeweled” Inspired centerpieces
To continue with the Bejeweled theme, we used Tall Crystal Glass Candle Holders as centerpieces, provided by our venue, The Marinaj Banquet & Events Center. But instead of candles on top, we had our florist, Elizabeth Torres of Extravaganzas Events, create a floral centerpiece to fit on top.
“Love Story ” Wedding Cover during the Wedding Ceremony
We got engaged at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour during the Love Story performance. So it was only fitting to use Love Story during our ceremony. We used a Love Story cover for the Bridesmaid’s ceremony entrance song. We felt that the instrumental violin and piano version by Kathie Violin 黃品舒 on YouTube would be a perfect touch. Subtle and romantic and without lyrics.
Taylor Swift wedding-appropriate music played throughout the wedding
Throughout the cocktail hour and during our dinner we had our DJ play various romantic love songs, many of which were by Taylor Swift.
First Dance to Wedding Remix of Lover by Taylor Swift
We got lucky for the First Dance Song because Taylor Swift recorded a First Dance Version of “Lover”. The song is slower and has a bit more of a wedding feel than the original version.
