UniVersus ‘Street Fighter 6’ Challenger Series (First Look)

The 11th release of the UniVersus Challenger Series comes in ready for the KO of a lifetime! UniVersus welcomes Street Fighter 6 to its trading card game world. Street Fighter 6 is the latest addition to Capcom’s infamous fighting game franchise, released in 2023 across multiple platforms. With an entertaining blend of three game modes and 25 playable characters, the fighting game continues to feature its classic 2D fighting action that many fans are familiar with. Through multiple super combos and a powerful drive gauge, players can be strategic and creative in powerful ways.

The Challenger Series decks are a great way to break into the UniVersus trading card game. These decks are preconstructed and equipped with everything players need for play in events. The decks in the Challenger Series often include distinctive cards that showcase unique mechanics, along with reprints from earlier sets. The special “collector booster” is a treat, and from experience, can hold some great pulls!

Become The Strongest Fighter

UniVersus went full drive impact on these Chun-Li & Jamie and Ryu & Luke Challenger Decks. These legendary fighters are featured in crisp full-art foil within their preconstructed decks, come with a rule book that has an illustrated card list, and a Collector Booster. With 2 Character Cards per deck, players can choose between choosing their character and forming a powerful strategy.

Chun-Li & Jamie: This deck centers around movement and fighting style in a unique style. I pulled the alternative art for Phantom Sway from my collector booster and placed it at the end of the bottom row.

Ryu & Luke: This deck focuses on the balance between raw power and precision. I pulled the alternative art for Hashogeki from my collector booster and placed it at the end of the bottom row.

What is true strength? The answer lies in the heart of battle!

I think it’s safe to say that UniVersus makes some amazing playmats. They are premium quality, have a smooth cloth surface with beautiful and epic illustrations, and they stand out to help showcase your favorite fandom! These Street Fighter 6 playmats feature custom artwork of the Challenger Series fighters.
