WonderCon 2022 Cosplay Meetup Schedules

WonderCon is back in Anaheim, California the weekend of April 1-3, 2022! The Anaheim Convention Center will be dedicated to a weekend of pop culture, cosplay, artists, vendors, and so much more. For those who will attend WonderCon 2022 in cosplay, there are some WonderCon cosplay meetups already scheduled.

WonderCon Cosplay Meetup Schedule

Cosplay, or “costume play,” is a fun way for convention-goers to express themselves, be creative, and make new friends. Photographer Robert Torres compiled a list of meetups happening during the weekend. These meetups are subject to change, and more could be potentially added.

Cosplay Meetups for Friday, April 1st:

Right now, there is only one meetup confirmed on Torres’ list. This is a Spider-Man/Spider-Verse meetup that will happen from 1-2 PM in front of the convention center water fountain. The event with more details can be found on Facebook.

Cosplay Meetups for Saturday, April 2nd:

There will be a general Marvel cosplay meetup on day 2 of WonderCon. The exact time of the meetup is to be announced one week prior to the convention. This meetup will meet on the second floor of the convention center.

DC cosplayers will also host a meetup on Saturday. Just like the Marvel meetup, the exact time of the event will be announced one week before the convention. The DC cosplay meetup will also meet on the second floor of the convention center.

From 12 pm-2 pm, there an Assassin’s Creed cosplay meetup is happening. However, the location is still to be determined. The Facebook event page will have updated information.

Cosplay Meet Ups for Sunday, April 3rd:

There is a Disney cosplay meetup scheduled for day three of WonderCon, hosted by Robert T Photography. It will take place at 2 pm on the second-floor stairs of the convention center.

Also, a Captain America cosplay meetup will meet at 2 pm in front of the fountain outside of the convention center.

These meetups are subject to change, and there will more than likely be other fandoms meeting throughout the weekend. The best way to find out what WonderCon cosplay meetups are happening is to search the hashtag “WonderCon” on Instagram as well as searching “WonderCon meetups” on Facebook.
