Doctor Who

10 Photos that will make Whovians wish they were at (Re)Generation Who!

(Re)Generation Who is a three-day Doctor Who Fan Convention in Baltimore, MD, run by Onezumi Events. It is in its 4th year and this year seemed to especially star-packed! Here are 10 reasons why we wish we had been at (Re)Generation Who 4.

1.The Twelfth Doctor, Peter Capaldi is there!

Peter Capaldi portrayed the twelfth incarnation of the Doctor in Doctor Who. At the time of this event, he had not made many convention appearances. The one’s he had been a part of where events like San Diego Comic-Con. But at an event like that, you don’t really have the opportunity to get this type of intimate discussion. Usually, the cast is being herded around from location to location and fans don’t get much of an opportunity to interact.

2.  Sixth Doctor, Colin Baker is there!

Always a pleasure to have classic Doctors. Colin Baker is considered a “Classic Doctor” because he played the sixth incarnation of the Doctor in the long-running science fiction television series Doctor Who from 1984 to 1986. The show was canceled after the 7th Doctor series ended and was rebooted in a 1996 film and later the show picked back up in 2005. They don’t visit as many conventions in the United States as they do in the United Kingdom. Colin Baker is seen here wearing the iconic 13th Doctor rainbow shirt. Signaling his support to the first female Time Lord.

3. The Fifth Doctor, Peter Davison, is there.

Peter Davison with a fan at (Re)Generation Who. He played the fifth incarnation of the Doctor. He is also the father-in-law of 10th Doctor, David Tennant.

4. Michelle Gomez and Rachel Talalay were both there!

Rachel Talalay directed a lot of Peter Capaldi’s episodes as the Doctor, as well as his regeneration story in the 2017 Christmas special, Twice Upon a Time. Michelle Gomez played Missy in series 8, 9, and 10 of Doctor Who. Here the two are reunited for the convention and Tea!

5. Sixth Doctor Companion, Nicola Bryant, is there!

6. Peter Capaldi and Michelle Gomez in Doctor Who party hats!

7. Just like the Doctor, these Whovians don’t carry guns!

8. The fifth Doctor plus Snap Chat Filters is just the best!
