What we’re playing

Amanda I just finished playing Firewatch and joined a book club discussion about it recently. It’s an atmospheric pseudo-walking sim with a very compelling intro.

Tom- I’m still trying to complete the Witcher and it’s been going on for about a year. What keeps drawing me back is that little progress marker and the fact that I like completing tasks in person haha. I’ve just finished Blood and Wine with a good ending.

Tom, our guest host this week, is a seasoned publican who grew up playing classic arcade games in Redcar Beach and Middlesbrough town center. He’s a lifelong fan of platformers, shooters, and fighting games as a result of these formative years.
