Are there any “Masters of the Universe” post-credit scenes?

Yes! There are three scenes during and after the credits. Two are early on in the credits and one comes at the very end, so make sure you stick around for all of them. Whether you were a fan of the toys or cartoon, or are brand new to the world of Eternia, the credits scenes

If you want to know what happens in all three scenes, read our full breakdown below – but beware, spoilers ahead!

Eternia in MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE

First Mid-Credits Scene

We get a beloved character from the cartoon, which was missing in the movie, Orko! He looks straight into the camera and in the spirit of the original cartoon gives us a lesson on what we watched. And what is that lesson? Pretty much summing up the movie, Orko tells the audience “muscles don’t necessarily make a man.”

And while we don’t see Orko interacting with any of the other characters, perhaps they’re saving this for a future story. And the next post-credit scene may just have confirmed a planned sequel to “Masters of the Universe.”

Second Mid-Credits Scene

About mid way through the credits, after animated title cards, we get the most significant of the three scenes, showing none other than She-Ra!

She was already hinted at earlier, at the end of the movie. We see Queen Marlena and Duncan standing in a balcony, watching He-man ride off to save the day. Their brief conversation seems mundane until Queen Marlena says she had lost hope for “both of them.” Fans immediately knew who she was talking about!

In the post-credit scene we get a close-up of her sword and see She-Ra’s full outfit, with her back turned to the audience. But if there was any doubt on the identity of the blond hero, a man approaches calling her by her name “Adora.”

Does this mean we’ll be getting a She-Ra movie? It looks like Amazon MGM and Mattel teamed up for more than just one adventure in Eternia, but only time will tell. She-Ra is on another planet, and the backstory of how she ended up there and for how long may be explored in a future movie.

Jared Leto stars as ‘Skeletor’ in MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE.

Final Post-Credits Scene

You didn’t think that was the last we’re going to see of Skeletor, did you?

Our last, but certainly not least, credit scene comes at the very end when the final credit rolls off the screen. We see Skeletor’s skull on the ground, where it landed after He-Man defeated him (did anyone else expect his eyes to glow again?). Evil-Lyn then sweeps in, picks it up, speaks to it Shakespear style, and walks off dramatically tucking it into her cape with a flourish. What magical plans does she have for Skeletor?
