Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan in theaters
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan is one of the most celebrated and essential adventures from the STar Trek universe. The Director’s Cut will be available on the big screen in celebration. During the showing fans will also be able to see Nichelle Nichols as the franchise’s beloved Lt. Uhura. Nichols passed away on July 30, 2022, at age 89.
On routine training maneuvers, Admiral James T. Kirk (William Shatner) seems resigned that this may be the last space mission of his career. However soon an adversary from the past returns with a vengeance. Soon, Khan (Ricardo Montalban) has raided a space station and has stolen the top-secret device and took control of another Federation starship. Khan schemes to set a deadly trap for his old enemy Kirk.

Star Trek Day
Star Trek Day is Thursday, September 8. Fans can tune in virtually to a live stream celebration on Paramount+ and YouTube. On September 8th at 12 pm PT and 3 pm ET you can tune in for a live event full of surprise announcements, back-to-back conversations with Star Trek casts, and an unforgettable tribute to the late legend Nichelle Nichols.
The global live-streamed celebration will be hosted by Tawny Newsome (Star Trek: Lower Decks) and Paul F. Tompkins (Star Trek: Lower Decks). The festivities kick off live from the Star Trek Day red carpet with co-hosts Jackie Cox and Mary Chieffo as they conduct can’t-miss cast interviews.
