San Diego Comic-Con: Kellen Goff Discusses Funko Fusion

After the “Funko Fusion” panel, Kellen Goff sat down with members of the media. Goff talks about his experience with voicing Freddy Fazbear in this capacity.

Goff is the voice of numerous Five Nights at Freddy’s characters. These include different renditions of the character Freddy Fazbear, such as Glamrock Freddy. He goes into detail about how this version of Freddy differs from the others.

This version of Freddy is really animated…so, to fit the them of Funko Fusion, everything is very cartoony and kawaii, cute. And so […] if I were to voice the very original one, the very first one in his original incarnation, then it would probably be a little different. ‘Cause this guy is like a cartoon. That said, he has the bass of Glamrock Freddy. He has sort of the gravel of Funtime Freddy or Moon. And he feels just kind of like a Fusion of all the parts beforehand. At least, taking little bits of inspiration from each of them.

He goes on to say that this Freddy doesn’t have voice lines, only efforts. However, Goff hopes he has done justice with his voice of an original Freddy.
