Japan’s desire for World Cup glory leads the Japanese Football Association to launch a new rigorous training program to find the national team’s next striker. The Blue Lock Program brings three hundred high school players together and pits them against each other for the position. However, only one will come out on top. Who among them will be the striker to usher in a new era of Japanese soccer?

Not only has Crunchyroll revealed a new trailer for the next season, they also released a recap video for those wanting a refresh of season 1. If re-watching all of the first season is out of the question before October 5th, then this will aid in recapping what took place.
