“The Whoniverse Show,” a New Digital Series for Doctor Who Fans

In a move that will delight fans who are hungry for more Doctor Who content, BBC Studios Digital Brands announced the launch of a brand-new digital magazine series, The Whoniverse Show. The new series will premiere on the official Doctor Who YouTube channel. This series will serve as a one-stop destination for fans. A place to unite the community with breaking news, exclusive behind-the-scenes content, special features, and comprehensive episode breakdowns.

A New Home for Whovians

The Whoniverse Show will be hosted by two prominent figures in the Doctor Who fandom: Christel Dee and film and Tyrell Charles. The first episode will also feature US correspondent Krystina Arielle, who reports live from San Diego Comic-Con 2025.

Christel Dee, a well-known figure in the geek community, has a long-standing association with the franchise. Including being the founding presenter for Doctor Who: The Fan Show for over three years. Dee was also a member of the Doctor Who digital marketing team at one point. Beyond that Dee has contributed to Doctor Who Magazine, and is the co-author of two Doctor Who books.

Tyrell Charles, known online as “@theoriesbyt,” is celebrated for his film and TV expertise. As a Creator in Residence for BBC Studios, he currently hosts the digital series New to Who.

Krystina Arielle, the show’s US correspondent, is an actress and host with a strong presence in multiple fandom communities. She is the host of The Star Wars: The High Republic Show and has made notable appearances in tabletop RPGs.

The series promises to be an essential resource for fans looking to stay up-to-date with all things Doctor Who.
