TOKYOPOP Panels at Anime Expo 2023
TOKYOPOP is a leading distributor of anime and manga in the United States. This year, they will be attending Anime Expo 2023, which will take place from July 1st to the 4th at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
On July 3rd, they will host Noir Caesar: Powered by TOKYOPOP in panel room 404 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Noir Caesar was founded by former NBA player and self-proclaimed “Blerd,” Johnny O’Bryant III. This black-owned and operated manga company is full of stories made by fans for fans. The panel will focus on the importance of representation and diversity in manga and anime. Brandan Chen, the creator of Age of Darkness, will be moderating.
On the final day of the convention, TOKYOPOP is hosting the LoveLove panel in room 408 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. This all-inclusive romance publishing imprint releases many genres, including shojo, josei, girls love, boys love, and more.
