Cosplayers of all ages showed up to WonderCon 2019 in Anaheim, CA! WonderCon is in its 33rd year and is produced by Comic-Con International! It is one of the largest comic conventions on the west coast! Boasting over 66,000 attendees, this family-friendly convention is also a showcase for the creativity of the attendees.
Many came out to celebrate by dressing up as some of their favorite pop culture and comic book characters. For these cosplayers, it was all about showing off their love for Doctor Who. Doctor Who is a British television series that centers around The Doctor, an alien Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey, who travels through all of time and space in the TARDIS with friends. Instead of dying, the Doctor is able to “regenerate” into a new body, taking on a new personality with each regeneration.
