Fangirling to a Better Version of Yourself

Being a fangirl looks different to each person. In this episode, Phryn talks about how fandom has shaped her life.

If I hadn’t come into [Doctor Who] for example, […] I wouldn’t be able to be nearly as kind as I am. If it wasn’t for a lot of different characters that I was seeing through books and movies and and stuff like that, it wouldn’t keep me going or it wouldn’t give me solace in times.
