Based on the popular video game, Bloodborne has provided rich content for Titan. With four series arcs in existence, totaling almost 20 books, the Bloodborne series was first released in 2018. The writer, Ales Kot, was inspired by his love for the game and was determined to keep the mystery as well as the eerie, horrific elements.

The best part about these comics is that they keep the tone of the original world without making it necessary for readers to have played the game. Each story stands on its own, with new characters and elements that all stick to the same lore as the game. This makes it a great series for game players and comic book readers alike.

Readers can dive into a world that has a gothic, Victorian-like feelings and aesthetics. This is the first of the Bloodborne arcs that aren’t written by Ales Kot. Titan introduces a new writer to the series, Cullen Bunn, and he will be taking readers on a journey through an epidemic. Something unseen grips the city, and new hunters will have to help fight their way out and save their world.

We had the privilege of seeing the first of the artwork for this new storyline, and it is phenomenal!
