The Academy Museum is celebrating the Oscars for two months. During its “Oscar Season”, January 28 to March 31, you can see Oscar-winning films, including Animated Shorts, and Black Film Milestones, attend panels with nominees, and enjoy Oscar-themed food, drinks, and merchandise. Oscars Week Street Closures Announced for Hollywood
With the bustling activity surrounding the Oscars, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the City of Los Angeles have finalized street closures around this year’s Oscar ceremony. All lanes are closed from Orange Drive to Highland Avenue, starting Thursday, February 29th at 12:01 AM until Wednesday, March 13th at 6:00 AM. No access to Hollywood Boulevard between Orange Drive and Highland Avenue from February 29th to March 13th. Specific streets and sidewalks will be closed and MTA bus stops will be rerouted.
