96th Oscars performers have been announced! Jon Batiste, Becky G, Billie Eilish & Finneas, Scott George & Osage Singers, Ryan Gosling & Mark Ronson will perform nominated songs. The 96th Oscars will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2024, at the Dolby® Theatre at Ovation Hollywood. Uniting over 10,500 film luminaries, the Academy recognizes and celebrates all facets of moviemaking through renowned awards and its vast film museum. Hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, the 96th Oscars air live on March 10th on ABC at 7 PM EDT.

The Academy Museum is celebrating Oscar Season

The Academy Museum is celebrating the Oscars for two months. During its “Oscar Season”,  January 28 to March 31, you can see Oscar-winning films, including Animated Shorts, and Black Film Milestones, attend panels with nominees, and enjoy Oscar-themed food, drinks, and merchandise. You can even celebrate the Oscars live at a black-tie viewing party on March 10. Most events are $10 or less, and some are free! See the full schedule and ticket info at oscars.org.

Oscars Week Street Closures Announced for Hollywood

With the bustling activity surrounding the Oscars, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the City of Los Angeles have finalized street closures around this year’s Oscar ceremony. All lanes are closed from Orange Drive to Highland Avenue, starting Thursday, February 29th at 12:01 AM until Wednesday, March 13th at 6:00 AM. No access to Hollywood Boulevard between Orange Drive and Highland Avenue from February 29th to March 13th. Specific streets and sidewalks will be closed and MTA bus stops will be rerouted.  Expect street and sidewalk closures in Hollywood from March 3rd to Oscar Sunday, March 10th.
