Paramount Games Studio Unveils Immersive Slate for SDCC 2026 | Avatar Aang, TMNT: The Last Ronin, Star Trek and More

For one long, unforgettable weekend, the San Diego Convention Center transforms into the ultimate haven for pop culture enthusiasts. This year, Paramount Games Studio is taking that immersion to a whole new level. Unveiling a massive slate of fan experiences, exclusive reveals, and hands-on gameplay opportunities, Paramount is set to dominate San Diego Comic-Con 2026 from July 23 to 26. From the gritty corners of a dystopian New York to the bending arts of the Four Nations and the far reaches of the Alpha Quadrant, fans will have unprecedented access to iconic universes.

The Big Launch & Heavy Hitter Panels

The weekend kicks off with a massive milestone. Avatar Legends™: The Fighting Game officially launches on Thursday, July 23, and will be a major focal point throughout the entire convention. If you want to hear directly from creators and get a sneak peek at upcoming projects, you’ll want to mark your calendar for these blockbuster panels:

Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender

  • What: The ultimate return to the Four Nations arrives in Hall H! Join the voice actors and creative team behind Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender for an in-depth conversation about the making of the upcoming Paramount+ film, and what’s next in the Avatar universe—including exclusive news about Avatar Legends™: The Fighting Game.
  • When: Thursday, July 23, from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM PT

TMNT: Shellebrating 300 Issues of Turtle Power & The Last Ronin

  • What: Discover the story behind TMNT: The Last Ronin from comic creative Tom Waltz, and celebrate a legendary 300 issues of Turtle Power with creatives Gene Luen Yang, Andrew Joustra, Sarah Myer, and Jake Thomas. Plus, join Shawn Kittelsen (SVP, Head of Creative & Production of Paramount Games Studio) for an insider look at the game’s development in partnership with PlatinumGames.

IGN Gaming Lounge

Ready to test your skills? You can play Avatar Legends™: The Fighting Game at one of 25 demo stations featured inside the IGN Gaming Lounge. Expect daily tournaments, exclusive giveaways, and plenty of competitive hype.

The Paramount+ Lodge

Located just down the road at Happy Does (340 Fifth Ave.), this massive off-site hub is packed with interactive experiences for your favorite shows, including a dedicated Avatar Legends™: The Fighting Game arcade cabinet.

Note: This activation runs from Wednesday, July 22 to Sunday, July 26, and is not officially affiliated with Comic-Con (meaning no convention badge required!).

Star Trek Fleet Command: 60 Years of Star Trek Archives Experience

In celebration of Star Trek’s monumental 60th anniversary, the beloved mobile game from Scopely is inviting fans aboard an incredible, immersive journey. This off-site experience honors six decades of the franchise through the lens of the game.

  • Features: Official archive prop pieces, a Holodeck VR experience, themed photo moments, interactive claw machines with Star Trek prizes, and a souvenir station to print a personalized, faction-themed Star Trek card. Friday night will also host an invite-only event for the Fleet Command community.
  • Location: The Sinclair on G Street (643 G St). Open Friday, July 24 – Sunday, July 26 (Not affiliated with Comic-Con).
