Fandom Will Kick Off SDCC With High-Energy Performances and Fan-First Experiences

The Fandom Party, an annual highlight during San Diego’s biggest fan convention, is gearing up for its eighth year on Thursday, July 24, from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at FLOAT at the Hard Rock Hotel. This exclusive event, presented by Fandom– the leading platform for fans worldwide– promises a vibrant fusion of pop culture, gaming, fantasy, and music.
Attendees will be treated to a variety of interactive experiences, including a sneak peek into Universal Epic Universe, Universal Orlando Resort’s upcoming theme park. Guests can explore custom activations representing its five unique worlds: Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe.
Gaming enthusiasts can step into the world of CODE VEIN II with a life-size replica of the in-game Motorcycle Forma, courtesy of Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. Other activations include a themed scavenger hunt hosted by the popular Santaverse character The Elf on the Shelf and Z2. Guests over 21 can also enjoy beverages from Mike’s HARDER Lemonade, the official sponsor. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. The Fandom Party is by invite only.
