     This hotel a steal at $152 a night. It’s also a five minute walk to the convention center. For this reason this hotel is definitely my top pick for Con-Goers with exhausting costumes. This hotel features room service, parking, and an overall 4.2 out of five stars. Be ready to attend all the Con activities without walking miles to get there.

Kempton Solamar San Diego-$180 per night-.3 miles from Convention Center

   Described as San Diego’s most photogenic boutique hotel, this warm and welcoming place has everything to help Con Goers feel like kings. It offers free Wi-Fi, a stunning rooftop pool, and access to use the Solamar’s bikes to get a look at the going ons of the Con. It has well deserve 4.4 star rating that is the whip cream on top of this hotel.

Hard Rock Hotel San Diego-$249 per night-.1 from Convention Center

   This funky place is on the higher end of the spectrum for price, but makes up for it with sheer experiences. The Hard Rock Hotel is a rock n’ roll themed hotel. It features funkily decorated suites and an experience centered guiding principles. From the moment you walk through the doors you feel as though you yourself are the rock star. Ideally, this is a great place for all SDCC con goers.
