The Adventure Begins, Critical Role Campaign 3

Critical Role fans – are you ready for some Campaign 3 news? Today, the adventure begins!  Critical Role, a leader in storytelling and worldbuilding is officially announcing the third installment of their flagship show.  Set to livestream on Twitch and YouTube Thursday October 21st at 7pm Pacific as per the norm, additionally, Critical Role has partnered with Cinemark Theatres to simulcast the live premiere episode nationwide in 20 cities!  Visit cinemark.com/criticalrole or the Cinemark mobile app for locations and tickets!

What’s in store?

Campaign 3 will introduce a fresh band of adventurers coming together in Marquet located in the world of Exandria.  The story will take place chronologically after the events of Exandria Unlimited and Critical Role’s second campaign: the Mighty Nein. Along with cast members Matthew Mercer (Overwatch), Ashley Johnson (The Last of Us), Marisha Ray (Final Fantasy XV), Taliesin Jaffe (Final Fantasy XIV), Travis Willingham (Marvel’s Avengers), Sam Riegel (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), Laura Bailey (The Last of Us: Part II), and Liam O’Brien (Star Wars: The Bad Batch), expect to see some new faces throughout Campaign 3. Previous guest appearances have included Felicia Day, Will Friedle, Mica Burton, Wil Wheaton, Deborah Ann Woll, Khary Payton, Sumalee Montano, and more. 

Critical Role Cast, 2019

VOD will be available immediately for Twitch channel subscribers and will be available on Critical Role’s YouTube channel at noon Pacific the following Monday. The show will also be available in podcast format one week after its initial airing on the Critical Role podcast feed, which is available via Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Podcasts

As Critical Role continues to expand, with complex stories set in an ever-evolving world, it also continues to create more ways for fans to experience the brand, including both fiction and nonfiction books on the New York Times Best Sellers list, comic books, graphic novels, collectibles, tabletop and roleplaying games, podcasts, live events, and a highly-anticipated animated series, The Legend of Vox Machina, airing exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
