There’s nothing better than a manga series with a title that’s long, interesting, and sure to get your attention. Slated for released on June 19th, this is Emaqi’s first publication from Bunkasha, known for its niche and demographic-specific genre like seinen for young adult males, josei for adult females, and much more.

In this new story, written by Hakua Shiranami and drawn by Sayu Igusa, you’ll follow the adventures of a vampire named Claire, who loves to sleep more than anything else in the world. After her grandfather grows intolerant of her laziness, she is banished to an unfamiliar forest and encounters Fenrir, a legendary monster. After making Fenrir her kin, she finds herself the accidental ruler of a monster kingdom. She’d rather sleep, of course, but her presence has caused a disturbance in the forest, and the humans are beginning to take notice.

Available on the Emaqi app on June 26th, high schooler, Amatsu Tadahiro returns to his hometown of Miyoshi. He moves into a shrine where the way priesthood is passed down is not what you’d expect. In fact, it has been passed down through the female line for generations. Here, Amatsu hopes to reconnect to a childhood friend and love, Yuzu Hieda. Yuzu is one of the shinto priestesses, who tries to balance her school life and her duty at the shrine.

However, their reunion does not go as planned, thanks to chaos in the spirit world that leads to Amatsu getting attacked by a supernatural being. Suddenly, this romantic comedy becomes an epic story inspired by Japanese folklore, namely the yokai tale, Ino Mononoke Roku!

Do You Like Painfully Awkward Women?

Do You Like Painfully Awkward Women? by Wakana, featuring the heroine, Shirai Itai.

Of course, this doesn’t stop our optimistic heroine. Even if things don’t always work out, Shirai always ready to take on a new challenge and show readers that they don’t have to give up on their dreams! Check out Shirai’s struggles only on the Emaqi app starting on June 26th.
