San Diego Comic-Con preview night officially kicked off tonight, opening the doors to a huge week of pop culture celebrations! For fans attending Comic-Con this week, one of the biggest highlights is a special event hosted by Adult Swim: Party on the Green, located right at Bayfront Park (between the Hilton San Diego Bayfront and the San Diego Convention Center boardwalk).
On behalf of Adult Swim, Party on The Green offers fans unforgettable moments featuring star-studded panels, exclusive reveals, custom games, prizes, laser dance parties, and a brand-new Rick and Morty immersive ride.
Free Nighttime Events at Bayfront Park
Adult Swim on the Green is hosting a series of free nighttime events open to the public starting at 7:15 PM each evening, with a DJ Dance Party running from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM every night:
- Thursday (7/23) – Night of New: Exclusive Content Screening: Adult Swim kicks off Comic-Con weekend with an exclusive outdoor screening event featuring a first look at never-before-seen content, surprise previews, and can’t-miss reveals from across the network.
- Friday (7/24) – Live Table Reads: Join the voice casts of Rick and Morty for an exclusive live table read with laughs, surprises, and a rare behind-the-scenes look at the talent.
- Saturday (7/25) – Adult Swim Through the Years: Don your favorite Adult Swim-inspired cosplay for a one-night-only celebration marking 25 years of unforgettable characters, moments, and mayhem. Highlights include a live animated visual set from Afuchs Twin, a live animation set by Anamanaguchi, and a Cosplay Dance Party Celebration.

- Giveaways: Exclusive giveaways go to the first 700 visitors to enter the full footprint from the main line starting at 1:00 PM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (limit 1 per visitor).
- Prohibited Items: No weapons, drugs, vape pens, alcohol, chairs, or medium-sized animals (service animals allowed).
- Re-entry & Accessibility: Re-entry requires re-joining the line. The event is ADA accessible and open rain or shine.
- Food & Amenities: Restrooms are located outside the footprint near the boardwalk. Light snacks accompany evening programming, and designated SDCC food areas are nearby.
