This very ambitious whoopie pie is a rich mint chocolate chip frosting sandwiched between two pillowy soft dark chocolate cake cookies. A dessert so good, it will have all the ghouls and goblins showing up at your place to have a bite!!! It is inspired by the colors of the Hogwarts House, Slytherin, from the Harry Potter franchise.

What you need for Whoopie Pies

Ingredients
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 1/4 cup of oil 1.5 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of instant chocolate pudding
- 1 cup of flour
- 4 eggs
- Frosting Ingredients
- 2 sticks of unsalted butter
- 4 cups of powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp of milk
- 3/4 cup of Andes mint pieces
- 2-4 drops of food coloring
Tools
- Stand mixer/ hand mixer
- 1-2 cookie sheets
- 1 cookie scoop
