How to make Slytherin-Inspired Whoopie Pies for Halloween

This very ambitious whoopie pie is a rich mint chocolate chip frosting sandwiched between two pillowy soft dark chocolate cake cookies. A dessert so good, it will have all the ghouls and goblins showing up at your place to have a bite!!! It is inspired by the colors of the Hogwarts House, Slytherin, from the Harry Potter franchise.

What you need for Whoopie Pies

Ingredients

• 1 box of chocolate cake mix
• 1/4 cup of oil 1.5 cups of milk
• 1/2 cup of instant chocolate pudding
• 1 cup of flour
• 4 eggs
• Frosting Ingredients
  • 2 sticks of unsalted butter
  • 4 cups of powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp of milk
  • 3/4 cup of Andes mint pieces
  • 2-4 drops of food coloring

Tools

• Stand mixer/ hand mixer
• 1-2 cookie sheets
• 1 cookie scoop
