BoxLunch tunes into 2000s TV with new Cartoon Nextwork merch

Available now in-store and online, the 2000s Cartoon Network Collection has landed at BoxLunch. The collection features iconic characters from fan-favorite shows like Dexter’s Laboratory, The Powerpuff Girls, Johnny Bravo, Ed, Edd n Eddy, Samurai Jack, and many more!

The collection will include T-shirts and tanks emblazoned with fan-favorite characters and catchphrases, cozy hoodies and pajamas, backpacks, wallets, and socks. Also available are home goods like mugs, throws, and more. As the 2000s kids are entering their 20s there is a lot of nostalgia floating around 2000-era television. Perhaps it’s due to the fact these kids, many grown and work, have the funds to indulge their inner childhood desires. And maybe it’s just a way to honor the things that they love.

Fun designs and excellent quality

BoxLunch recently sent us a sample of their collection and as usual we weren’t disappointed with the quality of the designs.

Things to note about sizing, their sizes are mostly true to size but they are unisex sizing. For example in the Foster’s Home For Imaginary Friends Tonal Portrait Ringer T-Shirt, I tried on a large.  I typically wear a woman’s large and the unisex large does fit me, but the cut is longer than shirts cut specifically for women. It’s longer in overall length, including in the sleeves. The sleeves are also wider. That’s not necessarily good or bad. It’s more a matter of preference. I could probably size down to a medium for a more fitted look. The T-shirt was comfortable over out. The print looks good and the quality of the tee fabric feels fine.

The Adventure Time Jake the Dog Allover Print Crew Socks come in one-size-fits-most. The colors are vibrant and the print looks great. The socks are comfortable overall. They have a little stretch but not too much. If you have a wider foot that might be an issue because as the sock stretches out, the quality of the print stretches out and pulls, making the print less vibrant than when it’s unworn.

My absolute favorite was the Adventure Time Characters Allover Print Sleep Pants. They are silly soft and extremely comfortable. Both the inside of the pants and the outside are soft to the touch. The print looks fantastic and the colors are vibrant and fun. As with most of their products, they come in unisex sizing. Typically I wear a women’s large in these bottoms, and I definitely could go with a medium on these. The length is on the longer side, so if your legs are shorter, these might be a bit long. I am around 5’3″ tall and they were three inches too long. But that did not stop me from wearing them all over my house. I really loved them.
