Doctor Who Returns with Nucuti Gatwa and Millie Gibson!
Get ready! Doctor Who is back with a brand new season, titled “Series One,” and a fresh start on Disney+. We’re diving into the first two episodes, “Space Babies” and “The Devil’s Chord,” to explore the new dynamic between Nucuti Gatwa as the Doctor and Millie Gibson as Ruby Sunday.
This season promises adventures that span across time, from the elegance of the Regency era to the chaos of war-torn futures. Their trusty time machine, the iconic TARDIS disguised as a police box, will be their home as they encounter a delightful cast of new friends and face terrifying enemies, including a monstrous bogeyman and the Doctor’s most formidable foe yet.
Episode 1: “Space Babies”
Ruby is in for a whirlwind when the Doctor whisks her away to a future Baby Farm – run entirely by babies! But their idyllic world is threatened by a lurking bogeyman.
Episode 2: “The Devil’s Chord”
Having just hung out with future babies, the Doctor and Ruby find themselves catapulted to a much more familiar time period. They’re rubbing shoulders with The Beatles! Unfortunately, their trip down memory lane takes a dark turn. A powerful entity called the Maestro is meddling with history, and our time-traveling duo needs to intervene!
