After the wildly successful live show at Madison Square Garden, “Dimension 20” is bringing the action to Los Angeles. Their second live show of 2025 is only days away, with the Intrepid Heroes taking over the Hollywood Bowl as their “Fantasy High” characters, The Bad Kids, face off against one of Fabian Aramais Seacaster’s (Lou Wilson) greatest nemeses, Chungledown Bim.
Fabian and Chungledown Bim first faced off in “Fantasy High Sophomore Year.” However, it seems the pair’s unfinished business will finally be settled in front of an arena full of “Dimension 20” fans. In an exclusive interview with Temple of Geek, Siobhan Thompson discussed the upcoming live show.
The Stakes Of Dimension 20 Live: Battle At The Bowl Couldn’t Be Higher

“Dimension 20” has put on a number of live shows, with “Time Quangle” becoming a regular occurrence outside of canon. However, this show sets itself apart as a canon “Fantasy High” one-shot. This means that whatever happens on stage will have ramifications for the world of Spyre and the “Fantasy High” story. When asked, Thompson explained what sets this one-shot apart from other shows.
Siobhan Thompson:
“First of all, the stakes of it, I think, are going to be very high. Having an audience that knows that that is happening and feeling that investment. I’m very excited to soak that in from everybody. Chungledown Bim is such a fun villain. The Chungledown Bim and Fabian dynamic is so real and also so stupid, which are two of my favorite things to happen at the same time.”
Siobhan Teases “Very Real” Danger & Surprises For Lou Wilson

Wilson’s dislike and fear of Chungledown Bim is no secret. The pirate haunted his character’s nightmare forest in “Fantasy High Sophomore Year.” This one-shot will take place after “Fantasy High Junior Year.” This means that whatever happens could have massive implications if the Bad Kids return for “Fantasy High Senior Year” in the future. If Fabian dies, it will mean that any future seasons will not include him.
Brennan Lee Mulligan has made it clear this is a fight to the death. In the announcement video, Mulligan excitedly promised Wilson that either Fabian or Chungledown Bim will die permanently. When asked how much danger Wilson’s character is actually in, Thompson enthusiastically replied.
Siobhan Thompson:
“Very real danger! And there’s stuff he doesn’t know about. He doesn’t even know. He doesn’t even know how dangerous this is going to be. He might die! He genuinely might die.”
Temple of Geek: That’s going to be so rough on the audience.
Siobhan Thompson:
“Yes, it’ll be really bad, everybody. It’ll be like losing a f-cking championship game. And listen, we’ll do it. We’ll happily have all of our fans mad at us and also not be able to tell anybody because it’ll be released on Dropout in a few months.”
It seems that Mulligan has surprises in store not just for the audience, but for Wilson as well. Finally settling the feud between Chungledown Bim and Fabian is sure to be an action-packed battle. While the Bad Kids have come out on top against a myriad of villains, this could prove to be a battle they may not win.
“Dimension 20” put on a truly impressive show at Madison Square Garden with pyrotechnics and audience participation. It will be exciting to see how Mulligan takes it to the next level. A canon fight to the death with a fan favorite “Dimension 20” character already raises the stakes. Mulligan, Wilson, Thompson, Ally Beardsley, Zac Oyama, Emily Axford, and Brian “Murph” Murphy are sure to put on another incredible show at yet another iconic location.
“Dimension 20 Live: Battle at the Bowl” is on June 1 at the Hollywood Bowl. Tickets are still available for purchase.
