Where are NYCC Cosplay Meetups?

There are three general locations that most NYCC cosplay meetups will happen in: the River Pavilion (home to NYCC’s Cosplay Central), near the tunnel outside the Javits on the lower level, and the stairs/lower level area by the food court and Main Stage exit.

River Pavilion: Located on Level 4 of the Javits, you can get to the River Pavilion by taking the escalators just outside the main show floor.

The tunnel/nearby areas: The most popular outdoors cosplay meetup area is anywhere near the tunnels that house the food trucks during NYCC. Most meetups will be near the large concrete pillars towards the Green Entrance South on level 2 in the inner roadway.

The food court stairs: Popular for larger meetups as the stairs allow everyone to be seen in large group shots, many meetups will be on the lower level (level 1 on NYCC maps) by the Javits food court. This area is also where the exit to the Main Stage (presented by DoorDash in 2023) lets out.
